Who We Are
Our Future, Now (OFN) is a dedicated youth development organization passionately committed to nurturing the potential of young minds. We believe in empowering the next generation and providing them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to create a better future for themselves and their communities.
We focus on fostering essential skills, encouraging personal growth, and instilling a sense of social responsibility. Through innovative initiatives and engaging programs, we strive to equip youth with the knowledge, resilience, and confidence needed to navigate the challenges of today’s world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to unleash the potential of young adults to ignite change through community outreach and engagement.
Our Vision
We envision a society where the youth are catalysts for positive change, equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to build a better world.
Meet Our Founder
Justice Otchere
is a proud father, husband, and son. He is a physician and an employer to many,
but at his core, he is a believer in hopes and dreams. He believes that every person is created with a
unique purpose and when that purpose is identified and developed, inner satisfaction can be reached. He
believes that once a person finds their purpose and “true north,” they will be able to add value and
substance to their life and the lives of others.
Justice seeks to incite a desire in others and encourage them to embark on their self-actualization journey in their youth. He believes that life should be explored, and with this in mind, he has created OFN. By kindling the embers of hope and encouraging the actualization of dreams in the minds and hearts of the youth, he believes the proverbial glass ceiling can be shattered and all mental barriers broken at a young age. Justice believes that without the hindrance of a muted perception, the youth of today can truly conquer Our Future, Now!
